Hargieroad, of the first part , for va;ue received, have sold, and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer unto Kenesaw Lumber Company of the second part , a certain Indenture of Mortgage be-ring date the first day of March in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nine made by Joseph miller in favor of W.B. Hargieroad and convoying the West one half of the east one half & the north east one f^;rth of the South East Quarter of Section No two in Township No. eleven in Range No. nine ___of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, and which said Mortgage was recorded in the office of Recorder of Deeds in the said County of Hall on the first day of September in the year 1909, in Book 37 of Mortgages, at page 175 together with the notes or obligations therein des- cribed, without recourse on me in any event or for any cause: TO HAVE AND TC HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, their execu- tors, administrators, or assigns, subject only to the provisos in the said Indenture of Mortgage contained. Ryan of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Five Thousand (<"5000.00) Dollars, to him .in hand paid, has sold, and by these presents does sell, assign and transfer unto Mar- ia Cornelius of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska a certain Mortgage bearing date the 1st day of June 1910 made by Ulysses S. G. Smith in favor of Charles G. Ryan together with the notes and obligations secured thereby which said Mortgage was re- corded in the records of the county of Hall in the State of Nebraska, in Rook 38 of Mortgages, at Page Col, and conveys the following described premises, situated in the said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: The Southeast Quarter and the East Half of the Southwest Quarter and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter and the West Half of the Northeast Quarter, all in Section Number Six, Township Number Twelve, North of Range Number Twelve, West of the Sixth P.M. and containing four hundred and eighty acres, a little more or less, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto t_°e said Maria Cornelius executors, administra-, tors, or assigns, subject only to the provisos in said Mortgage contained.
