<br /> paid by Alma Etting of the second part , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
<br /> sold and by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of the second
<br /> part a certain indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 16th day of August in the year 1910
<br /> made by William Ross in favor of Mary J. Holmes and conveying Lots 2,3,4, and 5, of A.B.
<br /> Perkins Subdivision of the South east Quarter (SE 4) of Section 12, Township 11, North
<br /> of Range 10 West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska,and which said
<br /> Mortgage was recorded in the records of said County, on the 16day of August , in the year
<br /> 1910, in Book 41 of Mortgages on page 5 together with the notes or obligations therein
<br /> described, without recourse or in any event or for any cause.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, her executors
<br /> II administrators or assigns, subject only to the provisions in the said indenture of Mortgage '.
