<br /> the notes and obligations secured thereby, which said Mortgage was recorded in the records
<br /> of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, in Book 40 of Mortgages, at Page 198,
<br /> and conveying the following described premises, situated in said County. of Hall and State
<br /> of Nebraska, to-wit : Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in Block Sixteen (16) original
<br /> Town of Cairo, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
<br /> THE SAME UNTO THE SAID E.G.Myers, his executors, administrators or assigns, subject only
<br /> to the provisos in said Mortgage contained.
