<br /> ASSIGNMENT 1 ".*- Know all Men by These Presents, That The Modern Brotherhood of America
<br /> of the County of Cerro Gordo , and State of Iowa, in consideration of *he sum of Sixteen
<br /> Hundred Dollars, to it in hand paid, has sold, and by these presents does sell, assign
<br /> and transfer unto C.A.Hofmann of the County of Hall and State of 'Nebraska, a certain
<br /> Mortgage bearing date the 10" day of February A.D. 1906, made by Agnes Neumayer in favor
<br /> of The Modern Brotherhood of America together with the notes and obligations secured
<br /> 11 thereby which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall, in the
<br /> State of Nebraska, in Book 35 of Mortgages, at Page 254 , and conveying the following des-
<br /> cribed premises, situated in said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit;
<br /> Southwest Quarter of Section One (1) in Township Eleven (11) North of. Range Ten (10) West
<br /> of the sixth P.M. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said C.A.Hofmann ,his axIcutors
