F.Eentley, Mortgagee , of the City of Grand Island, Hall Co, Nebraska, the Lot Four (4) in Block One (1) of Russel Wheeler' s Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska which real estate mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Hall Count; Nebraska upon th4lth day of October 1902 in Book No. 33 of Mortgages at page 113. And whereas the said C.F.Fentley, mortgagee .died upon the 15th day of July 1908, and his estate has been probated in Hall County, Nebraska, and that all of the debts against said estate have been paid and said estate is still open: That Angeline A. Bentley, was a-: ly appointed Exec utrix under the last will and testament of said C. F. Bentley and that she has filed an inventory in said matter and that letters of administration have been granted to her and are at this date in full force and effect , and that she has the right and power by virtue thereof to ..�ischarge all t obligations against said estate.
