PIM 359 RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE: In Consideration of the payment of the debt named • therein, I release the mortgage of One Thousand -- Dollars, made by Claude H. Reed and Florence E. Reed and Willis E. Reed and Alice M. Reed on the following des- cribed property; Lot Twelve and the east twenty4eight (28) feet of Lot eleven (11) in Block nineteen (19) in the original town of Wood River, Hall Co. Neb. II which is recorded in book 38 of Real Estate Mortgages, page 153 of the records of IIthe county of Hall and State of Nebraska. Witness my hand this 13th day of June 1910. In Presence of _ Mary J. Know All Men By These Presents, That Franklin Bernhard of the first part, in consid- eration of the sum of Ten and No-100 Dollard to him in hand paid by Albert M. Bern- hard of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer unto the said party of the second part a certain Indenture of mortgage bearing date the 27th day of February, in the year 1909, made by William Hadenfeldt & wife in favor of Jacob Bernhard and con- veytng the South West quarter of Section No.17 in township Number 11, in Range Number 12 West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County In County, in the State of Nebraska, and which said mortgage was recorded in the records of said County on the 2nd day of March, inithe year 1909, in Book 40 of mortgages on page 85, together with the notes os' obligations therein described, without recourse or in any event or for any cause.
