<br /> RELEASE OF MORTGAGE: In consideration of the payment of one dollar by the mortgagors,

<br /> the undersigned hereby release~ from the operation of one certain mortgage for $6,000.00
<br /> made by Elula L. Gilbert and L. C. Gilbert , to Emma Janss, the following described
<br /> Tract of land covered by the said mortgage, but no more, to -wit : Commencing at a
<br /> point 82 feet along the lot line, and in a southerly direction from the northwest cor-
<br /> ner of lot 4, in Block 79, in the original town, now City, of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> running thence in an easterly direction 80 feet , thence in a northerly direction 16 II
<br /> feet, thence in a westerly direction 80 feet to the lot line, thence in a southerly
<br /> direction along the westerly lot line 16 feet to place of beginning. Which mortgage
<br /> i is recorded in Book 33 of Mortgages, at page 615 of the records of Hall County, Neb-
<br /> reaka. Which Mortgage is now owned by the Grand Island College, the said College beII
