<br /> Know All Men By These Presents: That the Nebraska State Building And Loan Asso-
<br /> ciation, formerly the Nebraska State Guarantee Building and Loan Association, which
<br /> name was changed on the 29th day of June,1899, at a special meeting of the stockhold-
<br /> ers of said corporation, called in pursuance of and in strict conformity with the
<br /> Statutes of the State of Nebraska, at which meeting a majority of the stock was duly
<br /> and legally represented, a resolution was passed tp change the name of said corporation

<br /> to the Nebraska State Building And Loan Association, of Fremont, County of Dodge, and
<br /> State of Nebraska.
<br /> For and in consideration 9f the payment of the notes secured thereby, do hereby
<br /> acknowledge the full and complete satisfaction of a certain mortgage deed given to
<br /> the said Nebraska State Building And Loan Association, Fremont, Neb. by Geo. A.
<br /> Jones and Lulu Jones, Husband and wife, Of Hall County, State of Nebraska, dated
<br /> Mar.23, 1910. 190 and recorded in Book 37 of Mortgages, at page 271 of the re-
<br /> cords of Hall County, State of Nebraska, and secured upon the following described
<br /> real estate, to-wit: Lot Two (2), Block Sixteen (16), Bonnie Brae Addition to Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County,Nebraska.
<br /> Witness our hands this 31st day of May, 1910.
