I of^ Section 4, Township 9 North, <br /> Range 11 West of the 6th P.M. , being the South 40 acres of the N.E.+ of said Sec- <br /> tion and being a strip 40 rods wide, extending clear across the South side of the <br /> quarter; situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, containing 40 acres. <br /> IIIt being expressly agreedreed between the parties heretoto that this release is in no <br /> way to operate to discharge the lien of said mortgage from any other of the prem- <br /> ises described therein, and that the remaining portions of the premises, in said <br /> mortgage described, are to remain as security for the payment of the indebtedness <br /> secured thereby.
