<br /> and by these presents does sell, assign. and transfer unto Walter Jungbluth of the County of Hall
<br /> and State of Nebraska a certain Mortgage bearing date the let day of July 19UO. made by Max Gree-
<br /> nberger & Wife in favor of L. R.Brininger together with the notes and obligations secured thereby
<br /> which said mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall in the State of Nebraska,
<br /> in Book 36 of Mortgages, at Page 379, and conveys the following described premises,situated in the
<br /> said County of Hall and State of Nebraska,towit: Lot Three(3) in Block Sixteen (16) of Kernohan &
<br /> Deckers Addition to Grand I sland. Nebr. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Walter Jung-
<br /> bluth executors , administrators, or assd , subject only to the provisos in said Mortgage contained.

<br /> FOR VALUE RECEIVED the NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF THE UNITED STATES OF
<br /> AMERICA OF WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, does hereby sell, assign, transfer and set
<br /> over unto BAYARD H. PAINE all its right, title and interest in and to a certain mort-
<br /> gage executed by CORA J. EVANS and FRED T. EVANS, JR. to the IOWA LIFE INSURANCE
<br /> COMPANY on the first (1st) day of May, 1895, on certain lots in Evans Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, Which lots are more par-
<br /> ticularly described in said mortgage and which mortgage was recorded on the sixth (6th)
<br /> day of May, 1895, at 9 o'clock , A. M. in Book 23, Page 291 of the records of said
<br /> County, and which mortgage was thereafterwards, to-wit: on the fourth (4th) day of May
<br /> 1900, assigned by said IOWA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY to the undersigned by an assign-
<br /> ment duly recorded on the twentieth (20th) day of November, 1900, at 4:30 o'clock,
<br /> p.m. , in Book 14 of Mortgages , Page 176 of the records of said County.
<br /> The undersigned does also sell, assign, transfer, and set over to the said Bayard
<br /> H. Paine all its right, title and interest in and to a certain principal promissory
<br /> note of the said CORA J. EVANS and FRED T. EVANS, JR., bearing date May first (1st) ,
<br /> 1895, for the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) to secure the payment of which,
<br /> said mortgage was given.
<br /> IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF the NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF THE UNITED STATES OF
<br /> AMERICA OF WASHINGTON? DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, has hereunto set its hand and affixed
<br /> 0 - its corporate seal this 9th day of May,1910, by its President and Secretary thereunto
