<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE: Know All Men By These Presents: That J. E. Dill, of the first part,
<br /> in consideration of the sum of Cne Hundred and no-100 Dollars , to me in hand paid by J.F.
<br /> Reed, of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold, and by
<br /> these presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of the second part a
<br /> certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 11 day of May, in the year 1910, made by
<br /> Clyde V. Jury, in favor of J.E.Dill, and conveying Lot 6, Block 47, Russel Wheeler's
<br /> Addition to Grand Island, in Hall County, in the state of Nebraska, and which said mortgage
<br /> was recorded in the records of said county, on the 12 day of May, in the year 1910, in book
<br /> 40 of mortgages, on page 318 together with the notes or obligations therein described,
<br /> without recourse or in any event or for any cause . To have and to hold the same unto the
<br /> said party of the second part , his executors, administrators, or assigns, subject only to
<br /> the provisions in the said indenture of mortgage contained.
<br /> In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and aeal this 12o day of May, in the

<br /> city, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. which is recorded in Book 40
<br /> of Real Estate Mortgages , Page 249 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska.
