<br /> and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, the following described property, to-wit :

<br /> leased from the lien of said mortgages but none other of the property therein conveyed,
<br /> which said mortgages bear date March 23" , 1905 ; Aug. 27" , 1906 , and Jan . 7" , 1908, and are
<br /> recorded in Book 34 , page 344 and Book 36 of mortgages on Pages 64 and 290 of the recordsII
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska. In Witness Whereof the said The Equitable Building and Loan
