<br /> Union Central Life Insurance Company of Cincinnati, Ohio, on the following described prop-
<br /> erty: The east half of the Northeast quarter of section 31, in township 12, North of range
<br /> 12, West of the 6th P.M . containing 80 acres, situated in the County of Hall, State of
<br /> Nebraska, which is recorded in book 35 of real estate mortgages, page 352 of the records
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska. In Witness Whereof, the said The Union Central Life Insurance
<br /> Company has caused this instrument to be executed by its President and Treasurer and its
<br /> corporate seal to be hereto affixed this 26th day of April, 1910 .
