<br /> of Range Ten (I0y West, containing 80, acres in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, and
<br /> which said mortage was recorded in the records of said County, on the 2lst , day of April,
<br /> in the year I9I0, in Book 38 of mortgages on page $85, together with the note-1 or obligati-
<br /> II ons therein described, without recourse or in any event or for any cause. To Have and to
<br /> Hold the same unto the said party of the second part , her executors , administrators or ass-
