<br /> of the records of Hall County, Nebraska, In testimony whereof, the said Royal Highlanders

<br /> by Bayard H. Paine of Grand Island, Nebraska: Whereas upon August 2I , I909 Edward Busier and
<br /> Jennie M. Busier his wife executed a mortgage upon Lots 8, 9 and I0 of Block 77 of Wheeler' s
<br /> and Bennett' s Third Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska, together with notes which the mortg-
<br /> age secured to W. G. Partridge and R. L. Harrison and which was duly assigned to Bayard H.
<br /> Paine upon August , 23, I909, by an assignment recorded in Book I6 of Assignments at page 483
<br /> l of the records of Hall County, Nebraska, and whereas Mortgagors desire to pay off a portion
<br /> of said loan and secure the release of a portion of said premises and to retain the remainder
<br /> of the premises described in the original mortgage as security for a portion of the money
<br /> still remaining due and payable to Bayard H. Paine assignee. In consideration of partial pa-
<br /> yment of the debt named therein, I release the mortgage of Four Hundred and Seventy Dollars,
<br /> made by Edward Busier and Jennie M. Busier on the following described property to-wit : Lote
<br /> Eight (8) and Nine (9) of Block Seventy seven (77) of Wheeler & Bennett ' s Third addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, but do not release Lot IO of said Block 77 of said Addition as to
<br /> said Mtge. which is recorded in book 38 of real estate mortgages, page 4IG. of the records
<br /> of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, Witness my hand this 23rd, day of April, I9I0.
