<br /> Trust,the International Building/and Investment Union having ceased doing business, of the
<br /> County of Cook ands State of Illinois, for and in consideration of One Dollar, and for other
<br /> good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed, do hereby remise
<br /> convey, release, and quit-claim, unto Nannie C. Limback and Henry Limback, her husband, of
<br /> the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, all the right, title, interest, claim, or demand
<br /> whatsoever I may have acquired in., through, or by a certain Trust Deed bearing date the First

<br /> been given to the said International Building Loan and Investment Union of Chicago,of Chicag>
<br /> Illinois, which has ceased to do business. Together with all the appurtenances and privileges
