<br /> filed and that all of the debts against said estate have been paid and said estate is still
<br /> open:That Angeline A. Bentley, his wido:v,was duly appointed, Executrix under the last will and
<br /> testament of said C. F. Bentley, and that she has filed an inventory in said matter and that
<br /> letters of administration have been granted to her and are at this date in full force and ef-
<br /> fect , and that she has the right and power by virtue thereof to discharge all obligations ag-
<br /> ainst said estate, which has not been closed in order that she may still act in such capaci -
<br /> ty. Now, Therefore in consideration of the payment of the debt above named the undersigned as
<br /> sole executrix of the estate of said C. F. Bentley, deceased does hereby release the mortgagee
