<br /> and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all the right, title and interest of the said
<br /> party of the first part, of, in and to the same, to the intent that the lands hereby convey-
<br /> ed may be discharged from the said mortgage, and that the rest of the lands in the said

<br /> of deeds of said Hall County,in said State of Nebraska,in Book 38 of Mortgages,on page 224,
<br /> and which indenture of Mortgage was duly foreclosed in this said Court in a certain case
<br /> No3367, wherein James S. Denman was Plaintiff and Lucius H. Denman, Andrew J. Thompson,
<br /> Laura 0. Thompson, Chester Kahler and Alice Kahier, were Defendents has been fully paid,sa
