<br /> County of Hall and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred five and
<br /> 6O-100 and- 50-100 Dollars, to me in hand paid, have sold, and by these presents do sell,
<br /> assign, and transfer unto Kate Watson of the County of Cook and State of Illinois, a certain
<br /> indenture of mortgage fearing date the 8th day of January, A.D. 1910, made by Joseph
<br /> Miller, in favor of me, Matilda L. Mueller together with the notes and obligations secured
<br /> thereby, which said mortgage was recorded in the records of the county of Hall, in the
<br /> state of Nebraska, in book 38 of Mortgages, at page 508 , and convoys the following
<br /> described premises, situated in said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: Lot
<br /> two (2) in block twelve (12) of John Voitle 's Addition to the city of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded. To Have and To Hold the same unto the said
<br /> Kate Watson, her executors , administrators, or assigns, subject only to the provisions in
