<br /> Mortgage, bearing date the 21st day of July ,1905, made and executed by Jacob Windnagel
<br /> and Theresia B. Windnagel, his wife, of Hall County, Nebraska, of the county of Hall, State
<br /> of Nebraska, the parties of the first part therein, to Peter Sandh, of the County of Hall,
<br /> State of Nebraska, the party of the second part therein, which mortgage was recorded in
<br /> the office of the County Recorder of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, in book 33,
<br /> of Mortgages , at page 337 on the 21st day of July, 1905, together with the debt thereby
