<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE: KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Herman C. Moeller, of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, of the first part , in consideration of the sum of Thirteen Hundred 00-100
<br /> Dollars to me in hand paid by George A. Mader of Hall County, Nebraska, of the second part ,
<br /> the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold and by these presents do sell, assign,
<br /> and transfer unto the said party of the second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage
<br /> bearing date the 9th day of January, in the year 1909, made by Isabella Richards and
<br /> Daniel Richards her husband, in favor of me, Herman C. Moeller, and convoying Lot Si 4
<br /> (6) in Block Thirteen (13) of Russel Wheeler' s Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska, as
<br /> surveyed, platted and recorded, situated in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, and
<br /> which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of said county , on the 9th day of January,
<br /> in the year 1909, in Book 38 of Mortgages, at page 248, together with the notes or obli-
<br /> gations therein described,
<br /> To Have and To Hold the same unto the said party of the second part, his executors,
<br /> administrators, or assigns , subject only to the provisions in the said Indenture of
<br /> Mortgage contained.
<br /> In Witness Thereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 19th day of February, in the year
