<br /> of Hall and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Twenty-five Hundred &no-100
<br /> Dollars, to him, in hand paid, has sold, and by these presents does sell, assign and
<br /> and transfer unto L. M. Talmage of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, a certain
<br /> Mortgage bearing date the 8th day of September A.D. 1906, made by Frank Burry and Alma.
<br /> Burry, his wife, in favor of Peter Runge, together with the notes and obligations secured
<br /> thereby, which said mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall, in the
<br /> State of Nebraska, in Book 31 of Mortgages, at Page 467, and conveys the following
<br /> described premises, situated in said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit : The
<br /> - south west quarter of section number fourteen in Township Twelve, North of Range Twelve,
<br /> II West of 6th P.M. To Have and to hold the same unto the said executors, administrators, or
<br /> assigns, subject only to the provisos in said Mortgage contained.

<br /> Sr . to Morton Kee and assigned by said Kee to said Alda State Bank, on the following
<br /> described property, to-wit : Lot five (5) in Block Ten (10) in H. G. Clark's Addition to
<br /> the city of Grand Island in Hall County, Nebraska which is recorded in Book 30 of Real
<br /> Estate Mortgages, page 554 of the records of Hail County, Nebraska. In Witness whereof
<br /> the Alda State Bank has caused these presents to be signed by P. C. Kelley, its President ,
