<br /> a mortgage made by Lettie M. Howell & Husband, to The Equitable Building and Loan Asso-
<br /> ciation of Grand Island, Nebraska, the following described property to-wit : Frac . Lot
<br /> Four (4) in Fractional Block Nineteen (19) in FairView Park Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska, and its complement being a part of Lot 3, Block 12 in H. G. Clark's
<br /> Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby released from the lien of said mortgage, but
<br /> none other of the property therein conveyed, which said mortgage bears date July 27th
<br /> 1909, and is recorded in Book 39 of mortgages on page 140 of the records of Hall County,
