<br /> wife, and recorded in book 35 at page 622, and re-recorded in book 35 at 626 of the
<br /> record of mortgages in the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, or on the notes therein

<br /> Poell of Hall County, Nebraska, parties of the first part , in consideration of the sum of
<br /> Twenty-eight Hundred 00-100 Dollars to them in hand paid by George A. Mader of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, party of the second part , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold
<br /> and by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of the second part
<br /> a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 1st day of May, in the year 1909, made by
<br /> Ernest W. Augustine, a single man, in favor of Cecelia Poell & George H. Poell and con-
<br /> veying Lot Three (3) in Block Six (6) of Spaulding and Gregg's Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, as the same is surveyed, platted and recorded, situate in Hall
<br /> County, in the state of Nebraska, and which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of
<br /> said county, on the 1st day of May, in the year 1909, in Book 38 of Mortgages, at page
<br /> 330 together with the notes or obligations therein described, ; to have and to hold the
<br /> same unto the said party of second part, his executors, administrators , or assigns, subject
<br /> only to the provisions in the said Indenture of Mortgage contained.
