<br /> County of Buffalo and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Twenty & no-100
<br /> Dollars, to her in hand paid, has sold, and by these presents does sell, assign and
<br /> transfer unto Reuben L. Garrett of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska., a certain
<br /> Mortgage bearing date the 31" day of July A.D. 1901, made by Theresa Schott and Bernhard
<br /> Schott in favor of Theresa Hochreiter, together with the notes and obligations secured
<br /> thereby, which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall, in the
<br /> State of Nebraska, in Book 33 of Mortgages, at page 31, and conveys the following described
<br /> premises, situated in said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: Lot One (1)
<br /> Block fifteen (15) in Kernohan and Deckers Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> To have and to hold the same unto the said Reuben L. Garrett, his executors, adminis-
<br /> trators, or assigns, subject only to the provisos in said Mortgage contained.
<br /> Dated this 23d day of March, A.D. 1906 .
