<br /> aska,in consideration of the sum of Two Thousand Dollars,to me in hand paid,has sold,and
<br /> by these presents does sell,assign and transfer unto Herman Hehnke & Fred Lohman of the
<br /> County of Hall and State of Nebraska a certain Mortgage bearing date the 8 day of Jan-
<br /> uary 1910 made by Conrad Lassen & wife in favor of C.C. Hansen together with the notes
<br /> and obligations secured thereby i. e. one promissory note dated Jan. 8-1910,signed by
<br /> Conrad & Ida Lassen for two thousand due Jan. 8-1911 with interest at 6% from date pay-

<br /> able semi-annually which said mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall
<br /> in the State of Nebraska, in Book 37 of Mortgages,at Page 248,and conveys the following
<br /> described premisea,situate in the said County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to-wit:
<br /> S.E. 1/4 Sec. 11 -12 N.-11 W.

<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Herman Hehnke & Fred Lohman executors,admin-
<br /> istrators,or assigns,subject only to the provisos in said Mortgage contained.
