<br /> Assignment of Mortgage: Know All Men By These Presents, that John Meier of the County of
<br /> Hall and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars, to him
<br /> in hand paid, has sold, and by these presents, does sell, assign and transfer unto Herman
<br /> Hehnke & Fred Lohmann, of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, a certain Mortgage
<br /> bearing date the 2nd day of August, 1909, made by L. A. Zuehlke & wife in favor of John
<br /> Meier together with the notes and obligations secured thereby, which said mortgage was
<br /> recorded in the records of the County of Hall in the State of Nebraska, in book 30 of
<br /> Mortgages, at page 615, and conveys the following described premises, situated in the
<br /> said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit : Lot 9, in Block 16 in Rollins Add-
<br /> ition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> To have and to hold the same unto the said Herman Hehnke and Fred Lohmann, their exe-
<br /> cutors, administrators, or assigns, subject only to the provisos in said Mortgage con-
<br /> tained.
