<br /> recorded in, book No. 40 of Real Estate Mortgages, page 133 of the records of the county
<br /> of Hall and State of Nebraska.

<br /> the first tart , in consideration of the sum of Three hundred and five 00/100 Dollars to
<br /> re in hand raid by P.C.Kelley of Hall County,Nebraska,of the second part,the receipt
<br /> whereof is hereby acknowledged,have sold and by these presents do sell,assign,and tran-
<br /> sfer unto the said party of the second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date
<br /> the 5th day of December,in the year 1907,made by Walker Woods of Hall County,Nebraska,
<br /> in favor of me, Robert C .Gilchrist ,and conveying Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Block
<br /> Twelve (12) in Clarkson's First Addition to Alda,Hall Connty,Nebraska,as surveyed,platted
<br /> and recorded.and which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of said county,on the
<br /> 5th day of December, in the year 1907 in Book 38 of Mort gages ,at page 35 together with the
<br /> notes or obligations therein described, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party
<br /> of the second part,his executors ,administratiors,or assigns,subject only to the provisions
<br /> in the said Indenture of Mortgage contained.
