<br /> Association by Joseph C. Philbrick and wife ,Mary,on the following described real estate
<br /> situated in Hall county ,Nebraska,to-wit : Lots one and two in block two in Dodd & Marsh-
<br /> all' s addition to the town of Wood River,Nebraska. which is recorded in Book 30 of Real Estate Mortgages,page 106 of the Records of Hall County Nebraska.
