<br /> SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE: KNOW ALL LIEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, C. E. Woodruff, for
<br /> AND IN consideration of 4'599 ZO and the accrued interest thereon, to him in hand paid, the
<br /> receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby acknowledge and declare that that
<br /> certain mortgage made by Frank D. Mylar and May Mylar, and Elmer H. Ranck, as parties of
<br /> the first part, to me as party of the second part, dated December 23, 1908, as security
<br /> for the payment of the sum of $599 20 with interest thereon at the .rate of 10 per cent
<br /> per annum from December 23, 1908 , until paid according to the terms and conditions of a
<br /> certain promissory note, bearing even date with said mortgage, made by said Frank D. Mylar
<br /> May Mylar, and Elmer H. Ranck, and payable to my order, which mortgage is recorded on page
<br /> 242 of volume 38 of Mortgages, records of Hall County, Nebraska, in the office of the
<br /> ' County Clerk, of said County, has been fully satisfied, and that the principal and inter-
<br /> est of the debt secured thereby has been paid to me in full . And in consideration of
<br /> said payment I do hereby remise, release, and forever quit-claim unto the said Frank D.
<br /> Mylar and May Mylar and Elmer H. Ranck, and to their heirs and assigns forever, all and
<br /> singular, the land and premises described in said mortgage, that is to say: All that
<br /> certain lot or parcel of land situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, bounded and
<br /> described as follows, to-wit: Lot nine (9) in block thirty-one (31) in Russel and
<br /> Wheeler's Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska. Together with all and singular the tene-
<br /> ments , hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging. To Have and to hold all and
<br /> singular the above described premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said Frank D.
<br /> Mylar and May Mylar and Elmer H. Ranck, and to their heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 27th day of November
<br /> 1909.
