<br /> whereof, is hereby acknowledged, do hereby sell, transfer and assign to Mrs H. B. Howell,
<br /> of Phillipsburg, N. J. , one certain indenture of mortgage made by Willis E. Rownd and
<br /> Lizzie Rownd to Ann: H. Camp, date June 8", 1905, on and covering lot 1 in block 68 of
<br /> the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebras-ka, which said mortgage was recorded
<br /> in the office of the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, June 8" , 1905, in Book No. 33
<br /> of mortgage at page 324 thereof .
<br /> In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 1st day of July, A.D. 1905 .
