<br /> 1 ASSIGNMENT OF MeRTGAGE: Know All Men By These Presents: That W. G. Partridge and R. L.
<br /> 1 Harrison, of the county of Hall, and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of
<br /> Seventy-five and no-100 Dollars , to us in hand paid, have sold, and by these presents do
<br /> sell, assign and transfer unto Fred C. Langman of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br /> a certain mortgage bearing date the 4th day of January, A.P. 1910, made in favor of
<br /> W. G. Partridge and R. L. Harrison, together with the notes and obligations secured thereby,
<br /> one promisorry note for ;$75 00 dated Jan . 4,1910, payable on or before Jan . 4, 1911
<br /> bearing interest at 870 payable semi-annually which said mortgage was recorded in the
<br /> records of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, in Book 40 of mortgages, at page
<br /> 200, and conveys the following described premises , situated in said County of Hall and
<br /> state of Nebraska, to-wit: Lot number three (3) in block number eight (8) of Wallich's
<br /> Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska. To have and to hold the same unto the said Fred
<br /> C. Langman, his executors, administrators, or assigrs, subject only to the provisions in
<br /> said mortgage contained. Dated this 6" day of January. A.D. 1910.
