<br /> CERTIFICATE CF SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE: Know All Men By These Presents : that pursuant
<br /> to the provisions of the Statute for such cases made and provided, I- Fred C. Langman,
<br /> Clerk of the District Court in and for Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify that the
<br /> lien arising by virtue of a certain indenture of mortgage given by Henry Niebrugge and
<br /> Minnie Niebrugge, husband and wife, to H. C. Carrig, covering the following described
<br /> premises situate in Hall County and State of Nebraska, to-wit: The South-west quarter
<br /> (SW-D of Section thirty-six (36) in Township Twelve (1* in Range Nine (9) , Hall Co, Neb.
<br /> Which said indenture of Mortgage was duly recorded in the office of the. Register of Deeds
<br /> of said Hall County, in said State of Nebraska, in Book 35 of Mortgages, on page 387 and
<br /> which indenture of mortgage was duly foreclosed in this said Court in a certain case, No.
<br /> 3328, wherein Blake Maher , was plaintiff and Minnie Niebrugge, et al were Defendants,
<br /> has been fully paid, satisfied and discharged of record.

<br /> 374 and which indenture of mortgage was duly foreclosed in this said Court in a certain
<br /> case, No . 3339, wherein William Splinter was Plaintiff and Hans Moeller, Irene Moeller,
<br /> sometimes known as Wannitta Ruth Iseli and Bessie Iseli ; were defendants, has been fully
