<br /> RELEASE OF MORTGAGE: IN CCNSIDERATICN of the payment of the debt named therein, the
<br /> Citizens State Bank of Wood River, Nebraska, hereby releases the mortgage made to the
<br /> Citizens State Bank by Joseph C. Philbrick on the following described real estate situated
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: Lots one and two in block two in Dodd and Marshall's
<br /> Addition to the village of Wood River , Nebraska, which is recorded in Book 37 of Real
<br /> Estate Mortgages, page 194 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska. In Testimony Whereof
<br /> the said Citizens State Bank has caused these presents to be executed by its Vice-President
<br /> and its Corporate Seal to be affixed hereto this 18 day of December, 1909.
