<br /> of One Dollar to us in hand paid, and for other good and valuable considerations, the
<br /> receipt whereof is hereby confessed, do hereby convey, release and quit-claim, unto
<br /> Ellen A . Dodge , and Freeman C. Dodge, her husband, of the Countycof Hall, and State of
<br /> Nebraska, their heirs and assigns, all the right , title, interest , claim or demand what-
<br /> soever we may have acquired in, through or by a certain Trust Deed bearing date the
<br /> third (3rd) day of November, A.D. 1904, and recorded int the Recorder' s office of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, in Book 32 of mortgages, page 579 and to the premises therein described;
<br /> which said Trust Deed was made to seeure one certain promissory note bearing even date
<br /> therewith, for the aggregate sum of Twenty-two hundred (2200 00) Dollars, which have been
