<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE: KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, May D. Lamb, of the first
<br /> part , in consideration -of the sum of Three Hundred & fifty & no-100 Dollars, to me in hand
<br /> •paid by L. W. Hollins, of the second part , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
<br /> sold, and by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of the
<br /> second part, a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 10 day of September in the
<br /> year 1909, made by Charley A. Shults in favor of May D. Lamb, and conveying Lot Nine (9)
<br /> in Block Seventeen (17) and Lots Four (4) and (5) in Block Eighteen (18) in Packer &
<br /> in Hall County, in the
<br /> Barr ' s 2nd Addition, Grand Island, AState ofNebraska, and which said mortgage was recorded
<br /> in the records of said county, on the 10 day of September, in the year 1909, in book 38
<br /> of mortgages , on page 432 together with the notes or obligations therein described, with-
<br /> out recourse or in any event or for any cause . To Have and To Hold the same unto the
<br /> said party of the second part , his executors, administrators, or assigns , subject only
<br /> to the provisions in the said indenture of mortgage contained. In Witness Whereof, I .

<br /> County, in the state of Nebraska, and which said mortgage was recorded in the records of
<br /> said County, on the 14 day of September, in the year 1909, in book 38 of mortgages, on
<br /> page 438 together with the notes or obligations therein described, without recourse or
<br /> in any event or for any cause. To Have and To Hold the same unto the said party of the
<br /> second part , his executors, administrators, or assigns, subject only to the provisions
