<br /> PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE:
<br /> In consideration of the payment of One Thousand Dollars, I hereby release from the
<br /> mortgage of Three Thousand Dollars, made by Christian J. Donner and wife to L. M . Talmage
<br /> the following described property included in said mortgage , to-wit: The South-west
<br /> quarter of the North-west Quarter of Section Twenty-seven, in Township ten, north of
<br /> •
<br /> Range Nine , West , which mortgage is recorded in Book 31, of Real estate mortgages at
<br /> page 623 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska . This release not to affect in any
<br /> way the remainder of said mortgage but only releases from the lien thereof the above de-
<br /> scribed property and no more .

<br /> ASSIGNMENT . KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Christian J. Donner of the County of
<br /> Hall and State of Nebraska , in consideration of the sum of Fourteen Hundred Dollars , to
<br /> him in hand paid, have sold and by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto
<br /> Frederica Schlotfeldt , of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska , a certain Mortgage
<br /> bearing date the 20" day of Nov. 1909, made by Valentine R. Donner and wife , in favor of
<br /> Christian J. Donner together with the notes and obligations secured thereby . which said
<br /> mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall in the State of Nebraska, in
<br /> Book 38, of Mortgages, at page 480 and conveys the following described premises , situated
<br /> in the said County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: The Southwest quarter of the
<br /> North-west quarter of Sec . No . 27, in Township No . 10, North of Range No . 9, West .
<br /> To have and to hold the same unto the said Assignee, her executors , administrators ,
<br /> or assigns , subject only to the provisos in said Mortgage contained.
