<br /> section one (1) , in township twelve (12) , North of Range Twelve (12) West of the Sixth
<br /> P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, which mortgage was recorded in the records of said county
<br /> on the 26th day of October, 1909 in book 38 of mortgages at page 461 .
<br /> Also another indenture of mortgage, bearing date of the 29th day of September, 1909,
<br /> made by Clarence R. Helber and wife, in my favor, conveying Lot Eight (8) in Block Twenty
<br /> one (21) of the Village of Alda, in Hall County, Nebraska, and which mortgage was recorded
<br /> in the records of said county on the lst day of October, 1909 in Book 38-of Mortgages at
<br /> page 450.
