<br /> Dollars, to him in hand- paid, has sold, and by these presents does sell, assign and trans-
<br /> fer unto Wm. A. Davidson of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, a certain Mortgage
<br /> bearing date the 23 day of May, 1908, made by Mark Kent & Wife in favor of Charles L.
<br /> Haux together with the notes and obligations secured thereby, which said mortgage was II
<br /> recorded in the records of the County of Hall in the State of Nebraska, in Book 38, of
<br /> Mortgages, at page 144, and conveys the following described premises, situated in the
<br /> said County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, to-wit : Lot 3 in Block 14, in H.G.Clarks
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island. To Have and To Hold the same unto the said Wm.
<br /> A. Davidson, his executors, administrators, or assigns, subject only to the provisos in
<br /> said Mortgage contained. Dated this 14 day of November, A.D. 1909.
