<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE: KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Sprague D. Ross, of the
<br /> County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of One Thousand
<br /> no Dollars , to him in hand paid, has sold, and by these presents do sell, assign, and
<br /> transfer unto Ida G. Watts of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, a certain
<br /> Mortgage bearing date the 7" day of August , A.D. 1909, made brHenry Plath and Gertrude
<br /> Plath, his wife, in favor of Sprague D. Ross together with the notes and obligations
<br /> secured thereby, which said Mortgage was recorded in the records of the County of Hall
<br /> in the State of Nebraska, in Book 38 of Mortgages, at Page 413, and conveys the following
<br /> described premises, situated in said County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, to-wit :
<br /> Commencing at a point on the East line of the south-east quarter of section 4 in Town-
<br /> ship 11, North of Range 9, West of 6" P.M. seventy rods south of the north-east corner of
<br /> said quarter section; running thence west and parallel with the north line of said
<br /> quarter section eighty rods, a little more or less to the west line of the east half of
<br /> said south-east quarter section, thence south along said west line, east half South-east
<br /> quarter, twenty (20) rods , thence east , parallel with the north line of said south-east
<br /> quarter section, eighty rods, more or less , to east line of said south-east quarter
<br /> section; thence north along said east line twenty rods to place of beginning.
<br /> To Have and To Hold the same unto the said Ida G. Watts, her executors, administrators
<br /> or assigns, subject only to the provisions in said Mortgage contained.
