<br /> ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE: KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Frances Tomlinson., party of
<br /> the first part , in consideration of the sum of Three Thousand and no-100 Dollars, to her
<br /> in hand paid by the Citizens State Bank of Wood River, Nebraska, partof the second part,
<br /> the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold, and by these presents do sell,
<br /> assign, and transfer unto the said party of the second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage
<br /> bearing date the second day of March in the year 1908, made by Charles I. Cates and
<br /> Carrie E. Cates in favor of Frances Tomlinson and conveying the north-west quarter (NW*)
<br /> of Section Twenty-four (24) in Township Eleven (11) , North of Range Twelve West, (12) W.
<br /> of the sixth principallin Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, and which said mortgage
<br /> was recorded in the records of said county, on the 5 day of Nov. in the year 1909, in book,
<br /> II40 of mortgages, on page 177 together with the notes or obligations therein described,
<br /> without recourse or in any event or for any cause.
<br /> To Have and To Hold the same unto the said party of the second part, their successors,
<br /> or assigns, subject only to the provisions in the said indenture of mortgage contained.
<br /> In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 2nd day of November, in
<br /> the year One Thousand Nine Hundred Nine .

<br /> (11) , North of Range Twelve (12) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Hall county in
<br /> the State of Nebraska, and which said mortgage was recorded in the records of said county,
<br /> on the fourth day of March in the year 1905 in book 35 of mortgages, on page 18 together
<br /> with the notes or obligations therein described, without recourse or in any event or for
<br /> any cause .
