<br /> of the Will of Fred Hedde, deceased, of the first part , in consideration of the sum of Nine
<br /> Hundred three 00-100 Dollars, to me in hand paid by Richard J. Sharp of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold, and
<br /> by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of the second part a
<br /> certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 28th day of March, in the year Cne Thousand
<br /> Nine Hundred and seven (1907 made by James M. Pierce and Minnie B. Pierce, his wife, in
<br /> favor of Fred Hedde, and covering Lots 8, 9, and 10 in block 11 of Gilbert' s Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, and which said Mort-
<br /> gage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk in the said County of Hall on the 29th
<br /> day of March, in the year 1907, in Book 33 of Mortgages, at page 560 together with the
<br /> note or obligation therein described. .
<br /> To Have and To Hold the same unto the said party of the second part, his executors,
<br /> administrators, or assigns, subject only to the provisos in the said Indenture of Mort-
<br /> gage contained. In witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 3rd day of
<br /> November, in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nine, (1909) .
