<br /> ASSIGNMENT CF MORTGAGE: Know all men by these Presents: That I , Louise Hedde, of the first
<br /> part , in consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred 00-100 Dollars, to me in hand paid by
<br /> Theodore Scherzberg of Grand Island, Nebraska, of the second part , the receipt whereof is
<br /> hereby acknowledged, have sold, and by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer ,
<br /> unto the said party of the second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the
<br /> 6th day of November, in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Eight (1908) made by Mary
<br /> Dolling and Henry Dolling, her husband, in favor ofLeucse Hedde, and conveying the center
<br /> 1-3 of lot 8 in block 58 of the Original Town of Grand Island, in Hall County, in the
<br /> State of Nebraska, and which said Mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk
<br /> in the said County of Hall on the 7th day of November, in the year 1908 in Book, 38 of
<br /> Mortgages, at page 222 together with the notes or obligations therein described;
<br /> To Have and To Hold the same unto the said party of the second part, his executors, ad-
<br /> ministrators, or assigns, subject only to the provisos in the said Indenture of Mortgage
<br /> contained.
<br /> In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 3rd day of November,
<br /> in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nine (1909) .

<br /> County, Nebraska, of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
<br /> sold, and by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of the
<br /> second part a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 14th day of February, in the
<br /> year Cne Thousand Nine Hundred and Six (1906) made by Alverado W. Wiles and Carrie M.
<br /> Wiles, his wife, in favor of Fred Hedde, and conveying all of block 18 in Baker' s Addi-
<br /> tion to the City of Grand Island, In Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, and which said j
<br /> Mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk in the said County of Hall on
<br /> the 14th day of February, in the year 1906, in Book 33 of Mortgages , at page 403, together
<br /> with the note for $1300 00 therein described; To Have and To Hold the same unto the said
<br /> party of the second part, his executors, administrators, or assigns, subject only to the
<br /> provisos in the said Indenture of Mortgage contained.
