<br /> first part, in consideration of the sum of Eleven Hundred & no-100 01100 00) Dollars,
<br /> to me in hand paid by Mary R. Morris, Guardian, of the second part, the receipt whereof
<br /> is hereby acknowledged, have sold and by these presents do sell, assign and transfer
<br /> unto the said party of the second part a certain Mortgage bearing date the 24th day of
<br /> October, A.D. 1904, made by Charles H. Denman, unmarried, to me, Frank H. Myers, and
<br /> conveying the following lands in Hall. County, Nebraska, to-wit : The North half of the
<br /> North-east quarter (N NES) of Section Thirteen (13) , in Township Ten (10), North,
<br /> Range Ten (10), West 6th P.M. which said Mortgage *as recorded in the office of County
<br /> Clerk, in the said County of Hall on the 24th day of October, in the year 1904, at
<br /> 4 o' clock P.M. in Book 32 of Mortgages, at page 559 , together with the notes or obliga-
<br /> tions therein described.
<br /> To Have and To Hold the same unto the said party of the second part, her heirs,
<br /> executors, administrators, or assigns , subject only to the provisions in the said
<br /> Mortgage contained.
