<br /> PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE: IN CONSIDERATION of part payment and compliance with the
<br /> conditions of two mortgages made by Anna C. Myers and Edward H. Myers, her husband, to
<br /> The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, the following
<br /> described property to-wit : Lot five (5) , in Flock Twelve (12) Jed Kernohan and Decker ' s
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby released from the lien of said
<br /> mortgages, but none other of the property therein conveyed, which said mortgages bear
<br /> date Aug. 14" , 1905, and April 13", 1908 and are recorded in books, 34 and 36 of mortgages
<br /> on pages 402 and 340 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> In Witness Whereof, the said The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island
<br /> Nebraska, has caused this instrument to be signed by its president and attested by its
<br /> Secretary this 30th day of Oct . A.D. 1909.
