<br /> of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars, to him in hand
<br /> paid by- Nancy E. Gilchrist , of the second part , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
<br /> have granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over, and by these presents
<br /> do grant , bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second
<br /> part , a certain II?DENTTJRE OF MORTGAGE, bearing date May 6th, 1907, made by Alfonso
<br /> Darling and wife, covering the following described land situated in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> viz: The West Half of South-east quarter of Section 32 , in Township 12, Range 9, West,
<br /> and which said mortgage was recorded in the Register' s office of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> on the 6th day of Nay, 1907, in Book 31 of Mortgages, at page 533 together with the
<br /> note of '11500 00 and no interest coupons thereto attached, each for the sum of 1-'-------
<br /> therein described. To Have and To Hold the same unto the said party of the second
<br /> part , her heirs, executors, administrators or assigns forever .

<br /> first part, in consideration of the sum of Six Hundred Dollars, to me in hand paid by Geo .
<br /> I . W. Smith,nthe receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold, and by these presents
<br /> do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of the second part a certain Indenture
<br /> of Mortgage bearing date 12th day of April, in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and
<br /> Five, made by Martin Lane and Mary C. Lane, in favor of Lotta A. Smith, and conveying
<br /> the north one-half of SW4 Section No. 28, in township No. 10, in Range No. 12,7,of the
<br /> 6th P.M. in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, and which said Mortgage was recorded
<br /> in the office of County Clerk in the said county of Hall on the 13 day of April, in the
<br /> year 1905, in book 35 of Mortgages, at page 91 together with the notes or obligations
<br /> therein described, without recourse on me in any event or for any cause; to have and to
<br /> hold the same unto the said party of the second part , his executors, administrators, or
<br /> assigns, subject only to the provisos in the said Indenture of Mortgage contained.
