<br /> ASSIGNMENT CF MORTGAGE: THE CLARKE -BUCHANAN COMPANY, of the County of Adams and State of
<br /> Nebraska, for value received, hereby sells and assigns all its right and interest in a certain
<br /> mortgage, together with the debt secured thereby without recourse, to The Trustees of the
<br /> Parochial Fund of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the Diocese of Western New York,
<br /> said mortgage bearing date the first day of August , 1909, executed by Bernhard F. Uden and
<br /> Louise K. Uden, his wife , and being a first mortgage to said CLARKE -BUCHANAN COMPANY made
<br /> to secure the payment of Fifty-five hundred 00- Dollars, and on the following described
<br /> real estate , in the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, to-wit : The South-west Quarter
<br /> (y*,) of Section thirty-three (33) in Township Nine (9) , North of Range eleven, (11) ,
<br /> West of the 6" PM, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of
<br /> Hall, in the State of Nebraska, in book 37 of Mortgages, at page 171 on the 18th day of
<br /> August , A.D. 1909 .
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the CLARKE-BUCHANAN COMPANY has caused this instrument to be
<br /> signed by its President and Treasurer, and attested by its corporate seal, this 18" day
<br /> of October, 1909 .

<br /> the undersigned notary public, duly appointed, qualified and acting within and for said
<br /> Adams County, personally came THE CLARKE-rUCHANAH C6M1ANY, by James N. Clarke, President
<br /> and W. F. Buchanan, Treasurer of the same, who are personally known to be the identical
<br /> corporation, persons and officers who signed the foregoing assignment , and they and
<br /> each of them acknowledged the execution of said instrument to be the voluntary act and deed
<br /> of said corporation and their voluntary act as President and Treasurer respectively of
<br /> the same, and that the corporate seal of said corporation was thereto affixed by its
<br /> authority.
