<br /> Cairo State Bank hereby releases the mortgage made to The Cairo State Bank by Frank L.
<br /> Rickard and Augusta Rickard on the following described real estate situated in Hall
<br /> County, Neb. to-wit : The South half of the south-west quarter of Section 11, in Township
<br /> 12, North, Range 11 of the 6th P.M. which is recorded in Book 31 of Real Estate Mortgages
<br /> page 413 of the records of Hall County, Nebr.
