<br /> first part , in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by
<br /> II Hans C . Kroeger of the second part , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold
<br /> and by these presents do sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of the second
<br /> part a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 1" day of October, in the year 1904,
<br /> made by Henry C. Kroeger and wife , Emma, in favor of C. F. Bentley, and conveying south
<br /> half of the south-west quarter of section three in Township eleven, North, of range
<br /> Eleven, West 6" ,P.M. in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, and which said mortgage 1
<br /> was recorded in the records of said county, on the 4" 'day of October, in the year 1904 1

<br /> in book 31 of mortgages, on page 321 together with the notes or obligations therein de-
<br /> scribed, without recourse or in any event or for any cause . To Have and to hold the same
<br /> unto the said party of the second part, his executors, administrators or assigns, subject
<br /> only to the provisions in the said indenture of mortgage contained.
