<br /> to the provisions of the Statute for such cases made and provided, I, Fred C. Langman
<br /> Clerk of the District Court in and for Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify that the
<br /> lien arising by virtue of a certain indenture of Mortgage given by Daniel L. Johnson and
<br /> Caroline C. Johnson to Victor H. Coffman, and assigned to Omaha Cattle Loan Company,
<br /> covering the following described premises situate in Hall County and State of Nebraska,
<br /> to-wit: The South-west Quarter (SWC) and South half (Si) of the Northwest Quarter (NW, )
<br /> of Section Three (3) Township Twelve (12) North of Range Twelve (12) , West of the 6th P.M.
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska. Which said Indenture of Mortgage was duly recorded in the
<br /> office of the Register of Deeds of said Hall County, in said State of Nebraska, in Rook
<br /> 32 of Mortgages, on Page 594 and which indenture of mortgage was duly foreclosed in this
<br /> said Court in a certain case, No. 3049, wherein Omaha Cattle Loan Company, a corporation
<br /> was Plaintiff and Daniel L. Johnson and Caroline C. Johnson, his wife, were Defendants , has
<br /> been fully paid, satisfied, and discharged of record.
<br /> Witness my hand and the seal of said Court at Grand Island, in said County, this 6th
<br /> day of October, A.D. 1909.

<br /> SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE: THE NOTE for 300 secured by a certain mortgage dated the
<br /> 14th day of Dec. A.D. 1894 executed by William Whitehead and Hattie Whitehead, husband
<br /> and wife, and recorded in the Recorder' s office of Hall County, Nebraska, in Rook 24 of
<br /> Mortgages at page 349 having been fully paid, said Mortgage is hereby released and die-
<br /> charged. In Testimony whereof, these presents are executed and our corporate seal is
<br /> hereto affixed this 27th day of Nov. ,A.D. 1899.
